With 7,500 schools served across 41 states and a 99% client retention rate, we're building for scale—and looking for a Senior Project Manager to help us get there.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-ownership Senior Project Manager to align product execution with business objectives and user needs. You'll work closely with our co-founder CPO, designers, and engineers to drive initiatives from idea to launch. This is a unique opportunity to help blueprint and own the product management process in a remote, high-autonomy environment.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Leadership — Align design, engineering, and support teams. Assign, prioritize, and track issues.
• Roadmap Planning & Execution — With leadership, maintain the product roadmap, define timelines, and ensure milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Backlog Management — Manage our IdeaHub backlog and translate priorities into actionable GitHub issues.
• Process Optimization — Continuously refine PM workflows and tooling (e.g., sprint planning, retros, status tracking) to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Stakeholder Communication — Serve as the primary point of contact between product and business stakeholders; provide regular updates, status reports, and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in product or project management, preferably in SaaS or EdTech.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage details while driving high-level outcomes.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, GitHub, and analytics platforms.
• Comfort working remotely with a high degree of autonomy.
