OUR AMBASSADOR PROGRAM

Program PurposeThe FinalForms Ambassador Program is designed to increase brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and expand our reach. Ambassadors play a key role in building relationships, telling our story, and creating opportunities that drive growth.What You’ll DoAs an Ambassador, you will:

  • Ask great questions, start conversations, build relationships, and create opportunities
  • Follow established SOPs to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Represent FinalForms at conferences, meetings, and networking events
  • Introduce qualified leads to the Sales Team
  • Help advance deals through the sales pipeline

  • Are respected and trusted within the K–12 and athletics communities
  • Have served on state or national committees or boards
  • Understand the challenges facing school leaders and want to be part of the solution
  • Are eager to stay involved in education-based athletics
  • Can travel, speak, represent, and refer with confidence

Responsibilities

Promotion & Advocacy

  • Promote FinalForms solutions and brand across your network
  • Share personal stories, success examples, and testimonials
  • Support campaign efforts and marketing initiatives

Brand Representation

  • Represent FinalForms authentically and professionally
  • Uphold our values, voice, and visual identity

Sales & Referrals

  • Engage your network to generate leads
  • Identify referral opportunities among current customers
  • Ask for league meetings, Q&A sessions, and demo requests
  • Coordinate with Sales Team Lead to log and follow up on opportunities

Feedback & Insights

  • Provide input based on real-world experiences
  • Share trends, competitor observations, and customer needs

Training & Development

  • Participate in product training and sales enablement sessions
  • Stay informed on K–12 EdTech trends and athletics compliance requirements

Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on outreach activity (calls, emails, meetings, referrals)
  • Create “Discovery Deals” and schedule follow-ups with Sales Team
  • Submit regular progress updates to the Sales Team Lead

Relationship Building

  • Maintain relationships with association leaders and school contacts
  • Help secure speaking opportunities and brand placements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize impact in your territory

How We Support You

Training & Onboarding

  • Tools:  Laptop, Google Suite, Chrome, HubSpot, FinalForms platforms
  • Training: Presentations, SOPs, 1-on-1 sessions

Marketing Support

  • Print collateral, branded merchandise, and campaigns

Communication & Community

  • Weekly Sales Team meetings
  • Monthly check-ins with the Sales Director
  • Share state-specific needs, wins, and quotes
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives and product discussions
  • Recognize ideas and contributors via the IdeaHub

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of league meetings and conference engagements
  • Discovery Deals submitted to Sales Team
  • Demos scheduled and deals moved forward
  • Active participation in meetings, feedback loops, and strategy sessions

Position Title: Ambassador

Location: Arizona, California (Sac-Joaquin Section), Georgia, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania  

Department: Sales

Reports to: Sales Team Lead

Employment Status: Full-Time

FLSA Status: Exempt

Effective Date: 8/18/2025

Compensation:

  • Base: $40,000.00 - $48,000.00
  • Bonus: Per Compensation Structure, Paid Quarterly
  • Commission: Per Compensation Structure, Paid Quarterly

Work Location: Territory-Based, Flexible Work Arrangement
